Service/Package Refund Policy
While client satisfaction is our top priority, we acknowledge that, in rare cases, our services may not always be the best fit. If a client wishes to discontinue services and has received a free discovery call and two or more Light Therapy sessions from a purchased package, the package becomes non-refundable. Additionally, any purchased Single Light Therapy Session (s) are non-refundable.
Rental and Purchased Equipment Refund Policy
Customer/Client satisfaction is very important to us, and we sincerely desire our customers/clients to be happy with anything we purchase. We understand that sometimes a product or service isn’t always right; in those rare cases, we will do our best to make it “right.”
We are affiliated with manufacturers with a 30-day return policy and require purchasers to return items directly. For this reason, Citrus Wellness Studios LLC cannot process returns, but we are happy to help if you have any questions.

Any item(s) not in its original condition or damaged for reasons other than our error are not eligible for return.
Items which have exceeded the 30-day return period are not eligible for return.
